Key Responsibilities:

  • Source Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify top talent.
  • Screen & Interview: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess technical/cultural fit through virtual interviews.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine job descriptions.
  • Manage Hiring Process: Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and guide candidates through offer negotiations.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively engage passive candidates and maintain a network for future roles.
  • Ensure Positive Experience: Communicate transparently with candidates to uphold our employer brand.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of tech industry trends, tools, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with tech roles (e.g., software development, cloud architecture).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
  • Experience in startups or scaling tech teams.
  • Understanding of remote work dynamics and time zone coordination.
