Part-Time Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Technical Recruiter to join our remote HR team. In this role, you will source, engage, and hire skilled technical professionals for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists, and IT support. This position offers flexibility in hours and the opportunity to impact our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Source Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify top talent.
Screen & Interview: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess technical/cultural fit through virtual interviews.
Collaborate with Teams: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine job descriptions.
Manage Hiring Process: Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and guide candidates through offer negotiations.
Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively engage passive candidates and maintain a network for future roles.
Ensure Positive Experience: Communicate transparently with candidates to uphold our employer brand.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of tech industry trends, tools, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

2+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with tech roles (e.g., software development, cloud architecture).
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
Experience in startups or scaling tech teams.
Understanding of remote work dynamics and time zone coordination.
