UI/UX Designer - Real Estate Analytics Platform

About the Platform

We are building a state-of-the-art real estate analytics and visualization platform that combines interactive mapping, data analytics, and AI-powered insights. The platform serves as a comprehensive tool for real estate market analysis in Qatar, featuring 2D/3D visualization, transaction analysis, and AI-assisted decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Interface Design

Design intuitive map-based interfaces integrating Mapbox GL JS with custom overlay controls.
Create cohesive visualization schemes for property data, including price heat maps and zone highlighting
Develop responsive layouts that effectively display complex real estate data across different screen sizes
Design smooth transitions between 2D and 3D map views

Data Visualization

Design clear and informative charts for real estate metrics
Create intuitive legends and filters for multiple data layers
Design interactive data tables with sorting and filtering capabilities

AI Interface Design

Design conversational interfaces for the Real Estate GPT feature
Create intuitive chat interactions that integrate with map and data features
Develop visual feedback systems for AI-powered insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

Expertise in designing for map-based applications (Mapbox, Google Maps, etc.)
Strong experience with data visualization design (charts, graphs, heat maps)
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
Understanding of GIS and spatial data visualization principles
Experience designing for 3D interfaces and transitions

Design Skills

Strong visual design capabilities with emphasis on data-rich interfaces
Experience designing complex filtering and search interactions
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
Expertise in responsive design and mobile-first approaches

Tools & Technologies

Proficiency in common design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, …)
Experience with prototyping tools for complex interactions
Understanding of design systems and component libraries
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Additional Requirements

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Portfolio demonstrating map-based and data visualization projects
Experience working with development teams using modern frameworks
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Background in designing enterprise-level applications

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with real estate or property technology platforms
Experience designing bilingual interfaces (English/Arabic)
Background in designing AI or chat interfaces
Familiarity with 3D visualization tools and principles
