These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan/Tokyo, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in Japan/Tokyo.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide to xMap is entirely voluntary, and xMap will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
